We are committed to developing every nurse's ability to understand, evaluate, and apply research findings in daily practice. Through regular journal clubs held across all nursing units, our nurses engage with current literature, discuss emerging evidence, and explore how new findings can enhance patient care. These sessions create a culture of inquiry where questioning, learning, and evidence-based decision-making become second nature.

For nurses ready to embark on their own research journey, NRIC provides end-to-end support through a structured, mentorship-driven process. We guide research teams from the initial spark of curiosity through to study completion, offering expertise in:

Our annual Research and Innovation Day transforms research from an abstract concept into an exciting, relatable experience for all nursing staff. This signature event showcases ongoing studies, celebrates research achievements, and demonstrates how research directly impacts patient outcomes. By making research fun and understandable, we inspire nurses to see themselves as contributors to the scientific advancement of cancer care.
