NCCS Oncology Nursing Course	Nursing	Since 2019	To develop newly recruited registered nurses to achieve outcome and competency-based learning in providing safe and high-quality care for patients with cancer	Systematic 9-month course 4 levels that incorporate theoretical and clinical practicum: Fundamentals (Level 1), Intermediate (Level 2), Advanced (Level 3) and Tertiary (Level 4) In-depth modules on cancer biology, oncologic diseases, process, treatments, cancer symptoms, medical and nursing management, reflective practice, and the research process Education components include portfolio assessment, preceptorship programme and independent adult learning.
NCCS Resuscitation Training Programme for Nurses		Since 2023	Aims to equip nurses with relevant emergency resuscitation skills.	4-hour training programme. Includes effective leadership and team communication skills to competently manage cardiac arrest events in NCCS. Competency skills-based simulation training.
Wild Resilience Workshop (SingHealth Programme)		Since 2023	To build resilience ad growth mindset needed for new nurses to embrace challenges and to learn from these competencies.	4-hour workshop. Introduction to the Health Promotion Board’s 6 Resilience Mental Tools. Empowers nurses to reframe perspectives and adopt self-regulated behaviours when facing difficult situations or challenges.
Integrated Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Internship (IAI) (MOH Programme)		Since 2022	To achieve professional and clinical competencies via Workplace Based Assessment (WBA) in ensuring a consistent APN practice to meet national needs.	12-month training programme, 1280 clinical hours. A structured internship programme to hone clinical acumen. WBA are based on the SNB core competencies of APN and the set of Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs). Comprises of core and elective learning experiences through patients’ journey. Core training includes APN specific specialty tracks. Electives are offered to provide breadth in the internship to enhance the eventual full-fledged APN roles.
Oncology Clinical Programme for Overseas Nurses		Since 2017	To provide immersion and share oncology nursing knowledge and skills for oncology nurses from other countries.	Customized and ad-hoc training programme based on learning needs. Clinical attachment specialty, duration and sites are determined by participants’ learning objectives and outcomes.

Chemotherapy Administration in Oncology Nursing	Nursing	Since 2021	To strengthen workplace-based Continuing Education and Training (CET) standards to give recognition. Ensure skill portability across the healthcare sector.	5-day module Introduction to fundamental knowledge and skills on chemotherapy and nursing responsibilities when administrating chemotherapeutic agents.
External Drainage Catheters and Central Venous Access Device in Oncology Nursing				2-day module Introduction to fundamentals of nursing roles, skills, and responsibilities in the process of managing external drainage catheter and central venous access devices.
Oncology Emergencies in Nursing				2-day module Introduction to the fundamental of oncology emergencies, nursing roles, skills, and responsibilities in caring for patients with oncology emergencies related to tumours and treatments.
