Preparing for Your Visit

When visiting the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), it’s important to come prepared to ensure a smooth experience. Here’s a list of essential items to bring with you:

1. Identification Documents: A valid form of identification, such as your NRIC, Passport, Employment Pass or Work Permit  
2. Medical Benefit Cards such as Civil Service Card, Public Service Card or Letter of Guarantee.
3. Referral Letter
4. Medical Reports: Any previous medical reports, test results, or scans related to your cancer diagnosis.
5. List of Medications: Comprehensive list of all medications you are currently taking, including dosages and frequency. This should include prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, and any supplements.
6. Insurance Information: If you have health insurance, bring your insurance card and any relevant documentation.
