The NCCS-CGH Service is being upgraded to improve our patients’ experience. During the renovation, NCCS-CGH clinical services will be temporarily relocated to NCCS at SGH Campus with effect from 12 October 2026 until further notice.
From 12 October 2026, patients of NCCS-CGH Service will have their clinic appointments, chemotherapy treatment, and blood tests at NCCS at SGH Campus. To offer convenience, patients will continue to have their imaging scans (e.g., MRI, CT) done close to home at CGH.

Clinic Appointments
- When you arrive at NCCS at SGH Campus, go to lift lobby B to take the lift to Level 15 and proceed to Clinic 15G
- Register at the Self-Service Station in Clinic 15G to collect your queue number
- Proceed to the waiting area after taking your height and weight
- When your queue number is called, proceed to the clinic room

Chemotherapy Treatment at Ambulatory Treatment Unit (ATU)
Registration
- Go to lift lobby B to take the lift to Level 10, ATU for chemotherapy treatment
- Register at the Self-Service Station at ATU to collect your queue number. You will be informed if you need to see the nurse for screening before starting your treatment.
- Proceed to the waiting area after receiving your wristband and Ultra-wide Band (UWB) tags
- When your queue number is called, proceed to Suite D for chemotherapy
Blood Test (if required)
All blood tests are by appointment only. You will be notified of your appointment via SMS and receive an SMS reminder 1 day prior to the day of the appointment.
- Go to lift lobby B to take the lift to Level 15 and proceed to Clinic 15G
- Register at the Self-Service Station in Clinic 15G to collect your queue number
- Proceed to the Blood Test Room when your queue number is called

Medication Collection
- Proceed to Pharmacy at Level 2 to collect your medication
- You may also arrange for Medication Delivery Service (MDS) to have your medication delivered to your home. Click here to find out more about MDS.

Payment & Next Appointment
- Check your bill via the HealthHub app and make payment via the app or AXS
- For on-site payment via NETS or credit card, proceed to the Self-Service Station@Level 15. For payment via cash, proceed to Patient Service Centre@Level 1.
- You will receive an SMS or a push notification from the HealthHub app with your next appointment date
