Dr Fong received training in Clinical Oncology in SGH and the Royal Marsden Hospital UK. He spearheaded implementation of a clinical oncology network system in the department and the NCC. His clinical care focus on Head & Neck as well as Thoracic cancers. Dr Fong initiated Lung stereotactic body radiotherapy program.
