Profile
Dr Chay Wen Yee is a Senior consultant Medical Oncologist at National Cancer Centre Singapore with an interest in gynaecological cancers and breast cancer. She is also a visiting consultant at the Department of Gynecological Oncology, KK Women and Children’s Hospital as well as a Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine, Singhealth Duke-NUS Oncology Academic Clinic Programme.
Dr Chay’s research interests lie mainly in gynecological cancers particularly in the identification of
biomarkers in mucinous ovarian cancer. She is involved in various investigator initiated as well as in-dustry sponsored trials, both in the capacity of principal investigator and co-investigator. She is a keen educator and is active in both undergraduate and post graduate teaching, previously as Core Faculty, Senior Residency Programme (Medical Oncology) as well as faculty for Duke-NUS Graduate Medi-cal School and clinical tutor for Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Dr Chay has been involved with planning and organization of various patient support group activities as part of her role previously as co-chair, Patient Support Group, National Cancer Centre Singapore.
