1. Manage Your Appointments On-line

View, Change or Cancel Your Existing Appointment

  • Make changes to your existing appointments at our Specialist Outpatient Clinics at SingHealth institutions and SingHealth Polyclinics here.
  • For your clinical safety, some exclusions apply.
Please agree to our terms:
 
  • Strictly for non-urgent cases
  • You have enough medicine till next appointment
  • Booking valid once acknowledged

Request a New Appointment

Request a new appointment by filling in our on-line form. We will contact you in 2 working days to confirm your appointment.

For urgent and emergency cases, please call 995 or go to an emergency room.

Health Buddy app lets you access essential healthcare-related services and information in one app. The app also provides a database of conditions and treatments and health tips to help you better manage your health and well-being.
