Who are we

Cancer Education and Information Services (CEIS) was established to provide timely and reliable cancer information to patients, healthcare professionals and the community through a range of programmes and services.

Our service aims to raise awareness about cancer and empower cancer patients, their families and members of the public with knowledge, on cancer types, cancer treatment and management of side effects from treatment.

Services we provide

Cancer Helpline

The Cancer Helpline is a private, confidential and anonymous information service staffed by trained nurses. We are here to support you during this challenging time by listening to your concerns and providing updated information on risk factors, signs and symptoms, prevention, early detection and management of treatment-related side effects.

The nurses do not give medical advice and treatment recommendations but can assist you in clarifying doubts and putting the information you have received from your doctors into perspective.

We provide complimentary wig fitting services for patients. This service includes providing a new wig, wig fitting and tips on caring for it.

Educational Programmes

We believe in equipping our patients and helping the public to understand cancer better by organising cancer education programmes throughout the year. These programmes cover a wide range of topics and are designed to provide information on various aspects of the cancer journey. We hope to bring the right knowledge and skill to help you care for yourself and your loved ones.
