S.N.A.C.Ks

Programme

S.N.A.C.Ks

Simple, nutritional and caring kits (simple servings of a hot nutritional drink) are served to patients at strategic time frames and locations* in NCCS. This aims to offer beneficiaries some relief from the discomfort (which can be aggravated by worry, anxiety or hunger) of extended waiting due to various inevitable circumstances.

Each serving may include a note of encouragement or positive quote-of-the-day that may be prepared by various volunteer groups in advance of the activity.

*Due to limited resources, this currently applies only to our chemotherapy facility.
