Professionalism

We strive to cultivate the highest standards of professional behaviour among students and faculty, and instil values such as respect, integrity, empathy and accountability.

Research Spotlight
Our current research focuses on how doctors are impacted by the emotional and ethical complexities of treating patients in end-of-life care.

Funding Awarded
This study has been awarded a grant of $98,728 from the Medical Protection Society (MPS) to support research efforts. The funding enables us to:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews with healthcare professionals
  • Publish and disseminate results to improve practices nationwide.

The insights gained from the research will contribute significantly to the understanding of the challenges faced by doctors and will help shape future training programmes to better prepare healthcare professionals.
