Faculty Development & Support Education Unit

FDSEU collaborates with the Oncology Academic Clinical Programme (ONCO ACP) to implement a systematic framework for educational and personal development of faculty, cultivate a common understanding of and competencies and build communities of practice to ensure educators are recognized and supported.

ONCO ACP educators undergo in-depth training to become effective leaders and specialists in education, attending various structured courses to achieve Level 1, 2 and 3 competencies. Through these levels, educators are introduced to key educational principles, tools and best practices that can be applied to daily work.
