Assoc Prof Yang Meijuan Grace

Assoc Prof Grace Yang is Senior Consultant in the Division of Supportive and Palliative Care, National Cancer Centre Singapore, and Associate Professor at the Lien Centre for Palliative Care and the Programme for Health Services Research & Population Health at Duke-NUS Medical School. Alongside clinical work, she is actively pursuing health services research in developing and evaluating models of palliative care. She has published over 75 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals such as Supportive Care in Cancer, Palliative Medicine, and the Journal of Pain and Symptom Management. She was the first palliative care physician in Singapore to receive the National Medical Research Council’s (NMRC) Transition Award (2019) and was awarded the NMRC HPHSR Clinician Scientist Award (HCSA) in 2023 and 2026. She received the European Association of Palliative Care (EAPC) Early Researcher Award in 2024 and the SingHealth GCEO Outstanding Researcher Award in 2025. In 2026, she was awarded the Goh Foundation Faculty Professorship in Supportive and Palliative Care.
