Colorectal Surgery
Dr Terence Lee is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Colorectal Surgery at the Singapore General Hospital and the National Cancer Centre Singapore.
He graduated from Imperial College London in 2016 with an MBBS and a BSc (Hons) in Cardiovascular Sciences. Upon returning to Singapore, he completed his General Surgery Residency within the SingHealth cluster (2019–2024), earning his Master of Medicine (Surgery) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh). During his residency, Dr Lee served as Chief Resident of the General Surgery Programme (2023-2024). He participated in the SingHealth Residency Leadership Programme, and was recognised as one of the top five chief residents in his cohort.
Dr Lee’s clinical interests include colorectal cancer, benign colorectal diseases and minimally invasive surgery. His research interests focus on cancer screening, value based surgical care and integration of digital and AI-driven tools to enhance surgical practice and outcomes. He has presented and published his work at both local and international surgical meetings.
