We understand that while patients bear primary responsibility for their medical bills, there may sometimes be a gap between healthcare costs and your ability to pay due to unforeseen circumstances. We are therefore committed to ensure that you can receive the care you need.
Patients or family members who have difficulty paying for the medical bills can approach any staff who will help refer them to the medical social workers at the hospital/ institution for assistance. The request will be kept strictly confidential. Payment for the bill can be made after your application for financial assistance has been processed and considered. The amount of help given will vary, depending on the multiple factors such as the bill size and the financial circumstances of the patient and his family.
