"As a community pharmacist, I feel encouraged when my patients are empowered and are able to take their medication independently and safely. My most memorable work experience was in 2013 where I represented SingHealth Polyclinic Pharmacy at the "Medicines Management 2013, the 39th Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia National Conference" in Cairns.
It was a privilege to showcase SHP's research work and to share best practices with overseas pharmacist counterparts. It was also an enriching learning experience being exposed to different cultures, people and pharmacy practices."
