NUHS, Singhealth, NHG and NUS BISI are co-organising this symposium to bring together the local community of multidisciplinary practitioners. This will be a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge, connect with peers, and present your research relating to Hospital@Home care.
Abstract submission is open until 30 September. Abstracts that have been presented or submitted at another meeting may be submitted.
