Creating repetitive images inside a circle can often help us feel calm, relaxed and centred. It can be especially helpful to make patterned circles when you are feeling stressed, or need a soothing activity to calm an active or chaotic mind.
This webinar offers a space for you to experience creating a mandala for yourself that is both calming and meaningful. No prior art experience is required, just bring yourself and a few art supplies (yes, even a pen or pencil would suffice).
Upon successful registration, participants will receive a Zoom confirmation email which includes a link to download the activity handout for print. Participants are required to print a copy of the activity handout in order to take part in the activities during the webinar.
