Cancer Helpline

NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE YOUR FEELINGS?

You Are Not Alone

When you are uncertain or faced with a diagnosis of cancer, you may want to talk to someone about what you are going through. It may help to talk to someone who is not a family member or a friend. Everyone's need is different. We listen and try our best to help you and your family find ways to cope better.

COPING WITH THE TRUTH

Who Are We?

We are a centralised cancer information and support service for anyone who needs it, particularly for people with cancer and their families. The Cancer Helpline is staffed by experienced oncology trained nurse counsellors who will be able to speak with you in English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil.

YOU'LL GET ALL THE HELP WE CAN GIVE

How Can We Help?

We can provide you with up-to-date information and practical help, or link you with health, welfare and cancer support services available in Singapore. We help you clarify doubts and cope better with your diagnosis and treatment. There are some information only your doctor can tell you. We do not give medical advice, however, by being informed you are able to know what to ask your doctor and understand what you are being told. You can call as often as you like and your phone calls will remain private, anonymous and confidential. We can also send you printed information.
