| What is Cetuximab? | ||||||||||||
| Cetuximab is a chemo drug used to treat colorectal cancer.
Other uses include breast and head and neck cancers. |

| Early side effects | ||||||||||||
|
- Nausea or vomiting may occur. There are medications available that may prevent or decrease these side effects. If you are given these medications, take it when you experience retching. - Fever and chills. - Rash. - Breathlessness. - Constipation or diarrhoea. |

| Delayed side effects | ||||||||||||
|

| Inform your doctor if any of the following occurs: | ||||||||||||
|
- Shortness of breath, hoarseness, difficulty in speaking, low blood pressure, occurring during or within 1 hour of infusion of the drug. - Fever of 38°C or higher. - Sore throat, cough, or mouth sores. - Skin rash, itching or unusual redness. - Fatigue or lightheadedness. |
