Patient Services

Pharmacy Help Desk Service
Pharmacy Helpdesk is open to all NCCS' patients who need the following assistance:
- prescription requests and supply of drugs if their appointment have been deferred,
- insufficient supply of maintenance drugs due to duration discrepancy between scheduled appointments and amount prescribed,
- home delivery arrangement of prescribed medication and other retails items,
- automatic re-fill of maintenance drugs.

Our operational hours is Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00pm and Saturday from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon. Kindly leave your name and contact number in our voice mail if we are not able to attend to your call immediately.

Home Delivery Service
This service is provided for patients/customers who wish
- to have their purchases delivered directly to their home,
- to place an order directly from home.

Appointment to "Do You Know Your Medication" can be arranged through the phone (Tel: 6436 8139) or visit our pharmacies personally located at Level 1 and Level 3 of the National Cancer Centre.
