1. Adjust
your diet.
Eat 5-10 servings of vegetables and fruits a day.
2. Watch
what you eat!
3. Don't
start smoking and quit if you do!
If you are a non-smoker, avoid passive smoking.
4. Drink
alcohol in moderation, or don't drink at all.
5. Be
physically active and do regular exercise.
Maintain a healthy body weight.
6. Watch
your time in the sun.
7. Do
regular screening tests.
8. Visit
your doctor or dentist if you notice any persistent and
unusual signs and symptoms in your body.
9. Take care to
follow safety instructions when using, storing and disposing
of hazardous carcinogenic chemicals e.g. pesticides.
Avoid breathing fumes from rubber, petroleum products
and coal dust.
