New referral to the NCC's specialist Oncology clinic.

1. Call for an appointment at Tel : (65) 6436 8088
Mondays to Fridays : 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturdays : 8:30am to 12:30pm

2. Patient will be advised the following at Appointment Room:
a) allocation of clinic
b) time of appointment
c) consultation charges

3. Patient will be instructed to bring along relevant documents such as:
a) referral letter
b) NRIC Identification
c) biopsy reports
d) x-ray reports
e) any other investigation reports
f) work-permit or re-entry permit (if any) for non-resident
